As we come around to the One Year Anniversary of launching the brand new 3% Realty Winnipeg website that we designed and developed, it’s a perfect time to review how well the work that we did for them has been performing. 3% Realty needed to become more visible online, as this becomes the main avenue for people to find real estate and realtors. Our new website, and its corresponding SEO program, has brought 3% Realty to the top of many key search areas, and cultivated a strong organic search presence.

MLS has become an invaluable resource for real estate buyers and sellers, but real estate agencies are still working to harness its power to their benefit. We integrated MLS listings for Winnipeg into the 3% Realty website, to make it a one-stop-shop for prospective buyers. The crown jewel of real estate marketing is leads, and we devised a way to procure more leads for 3% Realty through our SEO expertise. We laid out several different tactics as both key areas of growth and benchmarks, to both guide and track our progress.

Since launching the new 3% Realty Winnipeg website, our SEO strategy has been bearing fruit across the spectrum of benchmarks that we planned out. Even when compared to a competitor that is well-established in the market, 3% Realty had 76% as much traffic, quickly closing the gap on one of its oldest competitors. All of this website traffic led to 67 leads through the website, which is huge in an industry where the difference between a good and great year is just a couple sales. This success also carried over to our SEO strategy. 3% Realty has surged up the Google search results page across the board, including against major competitors. Beginning in September 2017, 3% Realty has had the highest average ranking in key search terms, and this gap has only grown as the past year has played out. As evidence of our SEO prowess, 3% Realty is ranked in the top 3 for not one, not two, but all five of its chosen search terms in the real estate field. Additionally, 3% Realty is highly ranked in several more specific search terms that capture their value proposition in the Winnipeg real estate market. 3% Realty is ranked #7 for Free Market Evaluation Winnipeg, and #2 for Low Commission Realtor Winnipeg.
