We laid out several different tactics as both key areas of growth and benchmarks, to both guide and track our progress.
Since launching the new 3% Realty Winnipeg website, our SEO strategy has been bearing fruit across the spectrum of benchmarks that we planned out. All of this website traffic led to 67 leads through the website, which is huge in an industry where the difference between a good and great year is just a couple sales. This success also carried over to our SEO strategy. 3% Realty has surged up the Google search results page across the board, including against major competitors. Beginning in September 2017, 3% Realty has had the highest average ranking in key search terms, and this gap has only grown as the past year has played out. As evidence of our SEO prowess, 3% Realty is ranked in the top 3 for not one, not two, but all five of its chosen search terms in the real estate field. Additionally, 3% Realty is highly ranked in several more specific search terms that capture their value proposition in the Winnipeg real estate market. 3% Realty is ranked #7 for Free Market Evaluation Winnipeg, and #2 for Low Commission Realtor Winnipeg. Overall, 3% is nearing the top of page 2 on Google for Winnipeg Realtor, in less than 12 months! This is a testament to both their friendly, customer-oriented services, and our SEO strategy.
