We built the DBC a mobile-responsive website which we launched in Spring 2016. We then created a line of high quality branded floor plans, marketing material and presentation materials which immediately impacted the image of The Downtown Business Center. We then built out a custom campaign using our in-house Marketing Automation software which automatically handles incoming leads and connects with prospects to book showings for their sales staff. We manage their social media marketing ad campaign on 4 carefully selected social media channels which continually average 2-5 leads per week for them. Today the DBC is fully-leased and we continue to build their waiting list of new contacts who they can reach out to in the event of a Vacancy
